The Striploin sits just above the fillet and can boast huge flavour and succulence with a slight bite. The Loin by nature lends itself to longer ageing and the extra time is honoured by the taste. It was so popular through history, the royals and knights knighted it as the 'Sir' Loin of steaks.
This large piece of striploin weighs between 1-1.3kg and is ideal for roasting, BBQ'ing or slicing into steaks of your own thickness!
