Butchers Gold

Our latest product that has been crafted within Kettyle to utilise the full carcass.

Our Butchers Gold is the perfect, natural replacement to cooking oils and butters and it is created with a mixture of wagyu fat, dry aged fat and beef bone marrow.

This product is a great addition to the cooking process and can be used for roasting, searing or frying and then our Marrow Melt Chubb can be used to baste the product to add the extra touch of umami, to elevate any dish. 

Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label. 
We do not recommend re-freezing.
