During the Salt Moss Dry Aging process, the ribs will become increasingly tender and full of juiciness!

This product will have to be slow cooked to achieve the best result.

 

Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label. 

We do not recommend re-freezing.
