These fillet tails are carefully selected to offer the same mouthwatering flavour and tenderness as our fillet steaks, but at a fraction of the cost - These diamonds really are a hidden gem!
Crafted to perfection, these tails are removed from the whole fillet and expertly trimmed.
Perfect for luxury steak sandwiches, stronganoff, stirfries and salads, or simply flash fry to perfection!
These Diamond Tails are vacuum packed in a 1kg bag - with approximately 12 pieces weighing between 60-90g.
Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label.
We do not recommend re-freezing.

I am now on my second order as I was very impressed with the fillet tails I received. They vary in size as some are large cubes (excellent for kebabs) but there are larger pieces that can be pan fried like regular fillet steak. For the price per kilo it is excellent value for money.
