Salt Moss Dry Aged for at least 8 days.

This bone in lamb leg has a deep, concentrated flavour and enhanced tenderness due to the Salt Moss Dry Aging process. The product has a whole new mellow flavour not normally associated with Lamb. The carnivorous lamb lovers paradise is ascertained to a whole new level with the flavour that comes from being salt aged.

This product weighs between 1kg - 1.2kg and is ideal for a roasting 

 

Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label. 
We do not recommend re-freezing.
