Salt Moss Dry Aged in controlled conditions.
The Salt Moss Dry Aging process adds an intensified flavour to the bone in pork as it concentrates the natural umami of the pork which leaves a richer, more complex flavour profile.
The aging process assists in breaking down the muscle fibres to increase the tenderness and creates a nutty flavour.
This product weighs between 300g - 450g and is ideal for a frying or exceptional on the BBQ!
Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label.
We do not recommend re-freezing.
