The picanha is located on the rump section of the animal with a fat cap, which enhances the flavour when cooked.

The cut is popular in Brazilian culture due to its versatility and the intramuscular fat which is only enhanced during the Salt Moss Aging process and increases the tenderness!

This large piece of picanha weighs between 1.2kg - 1.4kg and is ideal for roasting, BBQ'ing or slicing into steaks of your own thickness!
Best served medium for maximum flavour.

Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label.
