Salt Moss Dry Aged in controlled conditions.

The Salt Moss Dry Aging process adds an intensified flavour to the pork as it concentrates the natural umami of the pork which leaves a richer, more complex flavour profile.

With the dry out process removing excess moisture, it will lead to a crispier finish when cooked even with the rhind removed.

This product weighs between 450g - 550g and is ideal for roasting!

 

Please note this product is dispatched frozen and may start to thaw in transit. We would recommend allowing it to thaw fully and using within shelf life shown on label. 
We do not recommend re-freezing.
