The Striploin sits just above the fillet and can boast huge flavour and succulence with a slight bite. The Loin by nature lends itself to longer ageing and the extra time is honoured by the taste. It was so popular through history, the royals and knights knighted it as the 'Sir' Loin of steaks.

I have had steak in restaurants all over the world and a gentle fry of the Kettyle Striploin 5mins on both sides is probably the best steak ever.
