The Striploin sits just above the fillet and can boast huge flavour and succulence with a slight bite. The Loin by nature lends itself to longer ageing and the extra time is honoured by the taste. It was so popular through history, the royals and knights knighted it as the 'Sir' Loin of steaks.

These Sirloin steaks weigh between 300-340g (10.5-12oz) and are individually vacuum packed.
