Relaxing in our Salt Moss Dry Aged Chamber, fillet has a slightly robust tenderness that breaks effortlessly in the mouth, followed by a mellow sweet nuttiness gained by maturing on the bone.
This whole fillet (Chain Off, Tipped and Tailed) is ideal for roasting, BBQ'ing or slicing into steaks of your own thickness!
Best served medium for maximum flavour!

I thought it was going to be a very hard act to trump Kettyle Ribeye (5 Star tremendous) but I have to be honest and say this Salt Moss Dry Aged Whole Fillet is incredible and now has me sitting on the fence. Nice problem as both are immense to the point were I cant order steak in a restaurant anymore as it wont reach the benchmark of cooking a Kettyle at home 👍

Made inti a large wellington was absolutely delicious and full family loved it very minimal person trimming i had to do myself but that was me just being fussy as was fine the way it arrived
